Web and Email Forms If your organization would like to apply for a web account (e-mail address or web site space) please stop by Student Activities and ask for a web and email account form. Then, please return it to Student Activities along with your organization's constitution and a letter from your Advisor and his or her supervisor, stating their knowledge of this application.
