Space Reservations In order to reserve space on campus, you can download the forms below, complete the form, and then bring it to Student Activities. We will provide you with copies of the required forms for both indoor and outdoor space reservations. Don't forget to bring your valid Indiana University student ID! Student Organization IMU Facility Use Grant Student organizations provide opportunities for members to learn, explore, succeed, and fail at developing individual skills. Research concurs that experience from participation in a student organization have a positive impact on college students. This impact includes feeling valued as an individual and belonging to the campus community. With this in mind, the Indiana Memorial Union (IMU) has established a financial support grant opportunity for registered student organizations of Indiana University - Bloomington.
