Homeward Bound - Walk to Providing Housing and Fight Homelessness
Homeward Bound is a statewide fundraising walk with 100% of the funds raised by this annual event benefiting 13 local social service agencies. Agencies assist people experiencing homelessness in Bloomington with services such as shelter, food and emergency assistance. Since 2003, the walk has raised over $260,000 for our local participating agencies. Student Organizations, Residence Halls, Academic Departments and all IU community members are encouraged to raise money and attend! State sponsored by the Indiana Coalition on Housing and Homelessness Issues (ICHHI) and co-sponsored by IU and the City of Bloomington.  Email questions to sao@indiana.edu.

Bowl For Kids' Sake
Bowl For Kids’ Sake is Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana’s largest, annual fundraising campaign. People across the IU campus pull together bowling teams and solicit sponsors. Many add to the fun by challenging others to friendly fundraising competitions. Then they come and settle the score at Suburban Lanes. It’s not about the bowling, it’s about taking part in a fun activity to help local kids in need!

IU United Way Campaign
The students at IU have committed themselves to raising funds and awareness for the IU United Way Campaign and are a huge part of campaign success! Students work hard to promote the United Way throughout the student population and in the community.  Click on the “Student Campaign” link on the left of the home page.
